The 17th edition of the Salon du Chocolat welcomed 112 441 visitors in Paris, Porte de Versailles.

This 17th edition coupled with the 3rd edition of the Salon du Chocolat trade show was a great success and confirmed its leadership and positioning of the world's largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa.

In 2011 the Salon du Chocolat honoured pastry, this craftmanship for which France is famous throughout the world.

The most irresistible event of the year hosted 112,441 visitors.

Throughout 5 days, visitors had the opportunity to discover chocolate on a 20,000 sqm space thanks to the participation of the figureheads of the chocolate world and the best chocolatiers, as well as through conferences, activities and numerous tastings.
