THE CHOCOLATE AWARDS

 

Organized by the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat in partnership with the Salon du Chocolat, the Chocolate Awards pay tribute to the best chocolatiers and the most remarkable chocolate in the world. More generally, these annual awards acknowledge the art of chocolate and the creators who make excellence their passion.

 

The 2015 Chocolate Awards Ceremony was held on Thursday, 29th October at the Salon du Chocolat and awarded:

 

Awards for French chocolatiers:

Bello et Angeli - Les Chocolatiers: "Award du Nouvel Entrant"

La Cabosse Gourmande: "Award de l’Espoir"

Le Chocolat d’Emmanuel Briet: "Award de l’Harmonie"

Chocolat Pascal: "Award du Coup de Cœur"

Id Sucré: "Award de la Recherche Créative"

Pâtisserie Chocolaterie Rigollot: "Award du Savoir-Faire"

La Petite Rose: "Award de la Chocolatière"

Richart: "Award de la Haute Chocolaterie"

Schmitt Chocolatier: "Award des Saveurs"

Sylvain Lauwerier: "Award de l’Excellence"

Awards for international chocolatiers:

Piccola Pasticceria (Italy): "Award du Coup de Cœur"

Théobroma (Japan): "Award de L’Excellence"

Tablets:

Marou: "Award de la Tablette Noire" (Dark Chocolate bar) for "Tien Gang"

Cluizel: "Award de la Tablette Lait" (Milk Chocolate bar) for "Maralumi" 

 

 

The Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat also recognised the "Incontournables du chocolat français 2015" (The Essential of French Chocolate): Arnaud Larher, Fabrice Gillotte, Franck Fresson, Gilles Cresno, Henri Le Roux, Hubert Masse - Le Cacaotier, Jean-Paul Hévin, Jean-Pierre Etienvre - Dupont Avec Un Thé, Laurent Duchêne, Nicolas Cloiseau - La Maison du Chocolat, Pascal Le Gac, Pierre Hermé, Pierre Marcolini, Richard Sève and Sadaharu Aoki.
