A unique and festive programme

During 5 days, chocolate addicts and amateurs came to discover the universe of chocolate through the participation of major talents in the sector and a series of gourmand and festive activities. The Salon du Chocolat dedicated its 18th edition to the theme of "The New Worlds of Chocolate" including demonstrations of chocolate recipes by international chefs and young talents, conferences about all things chocolate and tomorrow's trends, live performances by cocoa-producing countries, workshops for children and a chocolate that broke down the borders between the real and unreal.
