Demonstrations of chocolate recipes by world-famous chefs

The greatest French and international chefs, pastry chefs and chocolatiers follow one another in the Choco Demo demonstration area to present their best chocolate recipes.

In 2012 a total of over 40 live demonstrations and tastings were created live in front of the public and presented by Christophe Devé www.christophedeve.com.

The day of Wednesday 31st October was dedicated to the famous Charles Proust Competition chaired by Pierre Hermé. The Choco Demo area celebrated young talents on Thursday 1st November, with the support of Valrhona. The Salon du Chocolat also hosted the pastry chefs of Paris's finest palaces and one of Mexico's greatest chocolatiers, Jose Ramon Castillo who presented its "Evolutive Chocolaterie".

Last but not least demonstrations by International chefs (Spain, Morocco, Japan), chocolate exhibitors and the birthday cake of Cémoi's Petit Ourson Guimauve.
